I am responsible for the most critical customer of the company. The position goals are being close to the customer and helping them with their needs regarding technical and commercial concerns. In this position, I was responsible for almost 100 customers from differentindustries. My daily task was being close to the customers, understanding theirneeds, and guiding them on how they could take advantage of updated technologysolutions to overcome their business goals.

In this role, I was responsible for the design, implementation, operation, andsupport networks of customers from different industries. I worked on Networking,Cybersecurity, collaboration, and DataCenter solutions.
