Sarah Ellison is an enthusiastic, mission-driven professional passionate about the rights of the most marginalized around the world. Her over fifteen years of community-based development experience includes policy, grant management, training and facilitation, coaching, research, monitoring and evaluation, and program design and management.Prior to her work at Training Resources Group (TRG) Ms Ellison worked at Pact, an international NGO, helping manage their Malawi country office for two years and on their Capacity Development team in Washington DC, supporting up to 15 country offices, before that. She was previously at the Global Fund for Children where she supported grassroots organizations in South Asia and managed GFC knowledge and learning initiatives. Ms Ellison served in the Peace Corps in Benin where she taught English as a Second Language (ESL) to large multi-level low-resourced classrooms in a rural community. Sarah spent an additional year in Benin with Peace Corps Response during which time she was the visual arts program coordinator for a non-profit organization.Sarah also spends time volunteering and working in her community with a range of organizations.
