- Responsible for supervising defendants on bail awaiting trial to ensure they remain arrest-free, attend required court hearings, and comply with all court-ordered conditions. This includes defendants on House Arrest/Electronic Monitoring.- Responsible for serving the informational needs of the public, incarcerated defendants, members of the judiciary, court administration, law enforcement & other government agencies.- Responsible for preparing petitions, attending hearings & recording the outcomes of bail hearings, bench warrant hearings and other matters related to Pretrial Supervision.- Responsible for administering Supervision Orientation sessions, maintaining attendance records & making reminder phone calls to defendants scheduled to attend court dates.- Responsible for interviewing defendants & determining their eligibility for appointment of a public defender or court-appointed counsel, in person or by phone.- Responsible for maintaining a variety of spreadsheets that track various aspects of the unit's daily operations.- Responsible for maintaining the Bail Services & Supervision Unit's file room and purging inactive case files.- Other duties include the creation of an updated Orientation video for the unit.- Proficient in CPCMS, PARS, NCIC, PACER, MONITOR, MS Office, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and more.
