Administer and develop person-centered, community-based programs for people with intellectual or developmental disabilities, mental illness, or autism to improve occupational skills, independent living skills. and mental health recovery.

Monitors licensed and unlicensed rehabilitative programs for compliance with state regulatory and quality standards, which includes adherence to state mandated Incident and Risk Management policies and protocols. Oversees the implementation of an agency-wide Quality Management Plan to coincide with performance outcomes identified in the program-specific and agency-wide Logic Models. Provides guidance and technical assistance to supervisors and staff in the development and use of data tracking tools for measuring program performance. Oversees and coordinates the agency's annual training program.

Program evaluation including data collection, analysis and reporting of program participant survey and summary data using WINKS SDA and Excel statistical data analysis software. Development and revision of a program quality management and improvement plan. Logic model outcome comparison, survey design and feedback, and data tracking design.

Supervise and develop facility and community based programs for disabled and disadvantaged individuals in multiple counties in northwest and North Central PA; Monitor regulatory compliance for facility programs in Seneca,Shippenville, and DuBois. Secured grant funding to support community programs including the 2011 Life After School program. Assisted in writing agency's successful proposal to serve as the NW PA region's sole provider of all Title I Youth, Adult, and Dislocated Worker services.
