- Responsible for the successful planning and delivery of the project to implement the eProcurement Scotland EASEbuy (PECOS) system across the Scottish Parliament.- Liaising extensively with Finance, Procurement & Business Areas as well as the eProcurement Scotland project team to develop and configure a robust business processes.- Manage a cross-functional project team allocating tasks and responsibilities and working with managers to coordinate resource requirements throughout life of project.- Ensure the system is configured to meet procurement, accounting and reporting requirements.- Develop and manage testing, training and communication plans- Identify and resolve risks and issues to successfully implement EASEbuy with minimal impact within agreed budget and timescales.

- Lead project to standardise & implement improvements to the Procure to Pay Procurement Process.- Created Procurement Manual and provide site wide training.- Proposed suitable electronic Procurement Process to integrate with current Payment System.

Role - Engaged in Global Projects as Project Manager or European Lead to enhance & simplify both Req-to-Pay process and Computer Systems, this included working in cross-functional teams at both local and global levels.Projects - Utilised formal ELMP project methodology & documentation to lead global process improvement projects. Business Process - Responsible for standardisation & optimisation of Procurement Processes utilising FMEA tools & Process Maps to identify best practices.
