Responsible for the full product lifecycle of circular knits, flat knits, shirts within the TH Menswear "Dressed Casuals" program and Outerwear & Leather within the TH Menswear "Tier 1" program.

Responsible for the development of the entire product lifecycle and delivering the best quality product possible to meet TH LAB quality standardsResponsible for achieving product-category specific KPIs (e.g. margins, sustainability, overdevelopment and on-time SMS delivery) Responsible for product management throughout the development process, by attending key meetings (e.g. raw materials meeting, proto review, final price meeting, SMS review), and advising on possible improvements of product and marginsMaintain close relationships with supply value chain & vendors, in all aspects related to brand, & product expectations Liaise with Design for initial product development initiatives (e.g. sourcing trips) during Global Creative Research, with the objective to foster innovation, sustainability and to ensure competitive price points Advise Design during development process regarding cost implications and provide call-outs regarding quality risks to the product Engage in ad hoc business projects related to product, process and business requirements Set target FOB prices with the objective to achieve margins, as set by Product Merchandising Execute on operational activities, including product development- and administrative activities , and escalate where required (e.g. overdevelopment, margin, lead time, MOQs, consulting on risk assessment, and ensuring accuracy of data in PLM) Send vendor requests for protos and SMS to vendors, elaborate on requests during handover (on site) using technical packs, sketches, and measurement chartsInvolved in risk assessment (e.g. checking test results for materials and garments), and collaborating with sourcing, Central Quality Assurance regarding any quality issues Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data in PLM (e.g. BOM, prices)Ad hoc tasks such as material library creation & maintenance, approvals, sample organizing, meeting preparation, etc

Creating and managing the brand's identity, making sure it remains a coherent style and its products are in sync with its philosophy.• Posting on social media channels (Facebook and Instagram)• Creating a new identity in the form of a brand book• Organising and assisting lookbook photoshoot • Creating a new website identity in collaboration with web-developer• Assisting and consulting the designer during the design development process

Assisting and shadowing the Online Marketing Manager with below tasks and targets:• Develop and implementation of ecommerce and content strategy.• Manage all ecommerce and content production activities.• Lead Marketing and Creative Content department.• Overall P&L responsibility.• Maintain and update the platform with new products, campaigns, and uniquelanding pages.• Data analysis to continuously optimise and improve the B2C site - and to supportinternal departments.• Planning, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and daily/weeklycontent across all digital media channels.• Close coordination and liaison with in-house multi-brand platform (www.norsestore.com).

Responsibilities:• Keep the online platform up to date, adding new events/exhibitions, portfolios and articles• Write photography book reviews for the online platform• Contribute to the new print issue by creating the "Event Guide"​ section of the publication.• Creating a catalogue of the items sold on the magazine's online platform for the new print issue, resulting in a flip cover issue. • Keeping up with e-mail correspondence with interested parties of the magazine (i.e. galleries, photography exhibitions, photographers, subscribers, etc.)• Helping with the organisation of the new print issue and photography book's launch party and exhibition. This included setting up the gallery for the exhibition (selecting, making series of photographs and hanging them), making photographs of the event, selling the new issue and book and helping interested individuals with any enquiries about GUP. • Helping with the organisation and set-up of other exhibitions hosted by GUP (i.e. "Jet"​ by Arthur Meubis, "Young" by Rodchenko Art School Moscow)
