JST Transformateurs designs, manufactures and maintains electric transformers immersed in oil for industrial uses such as power-plants (generation, transmission, distribution) or traction (rolling stock).In a previous experience as General Manager of TREDI, I have been involved in environmental and chemical industries during 7 years. I have launched a turnaround plan to drive TREDI back to growth and profit, rationalizing all major internal processes, developing industrial markets and supporting innovation.Beforehand, during 5 years within STERIMED (former ARJOWIGGINS HEALTHCARE), I have been Director of Operations where I led 3 plants in France, Czech Republic and the USA in order to converge the various processes and streamline the supply-chain. As Plant Manager, I also fully reshaped a French medical paper mill making it profitable. Working 7 years for IMERYS (mining in South Africa and ceramic France) and 7 years for ERAMET (mining in New Caledonia and metallurgy in France), I held various operational and cross-functional positions.Using a solid industrial background, I developed leadership and skills in change management and turnaround plan in order to restore plant/business profitability. My education includes chemical engineering in France (INP Grenoble) and Germany (Karlsruhe KIT) as well as a Master in Economics and Management (IFP School).
