As Central Station Manager I oversee the day-to-day operational functions of a 24/7 call center. I am responsible for account creation, account maintenance, account management and all technical aspects related to a 24 hour operation. I perform routine maintenance on alarm monitoring equipment, manage central station software, website portals, and abide by U.L. Listings.
