-Manage small business financial accounts of clients and assisting Clients with tax filings both income filings and employment filings.-Determine financial position of Client's business to determine business' profitability, liquidity, solvency, etc.-Assist Clients in addressing financial needs and issues of company to help in such areas as Collection Period, Ratio of Debt to Assets, and Return on Invesment as examples.-Maintain communications with Clients and assist Clients with certain internal matters such as collections and review financial performance.

SCORE has programs for owners of existing businesses seeking expert advice, and for entrepreneurs starting a new business. We have successfully responded to our client’s needs by combining the broad experience of our volunteer mentors with workshops and other assistance. These resources are focused on all aspects of business development and operations. Miami Dade SCORE has played a significant role in small business growth in South Florida for 50 years.

-Oversaw management of offices and staff regarding proper preparation and filing of tax returns of small business owners. -Assisted Clients with their various needs of filing tax returns both personal and corporate, mainly small business owners. -Directed the successful expansion from one to two tax preparation offices.-Developed a system for delegating and managing tax preparation staff to ensure clear chain of command and proper empowerment of staff to handle Client matters.

-Managed campus staff of notetakers for the purpose of providing notes of courses to students online while managing a staff to market the services around campus.-Maintained communications regional director and headquarters to ensure company was aware of actions on campus.-Developed an email system to increase user of company's website.-Maintained frequent meetings with staff to ensure campus personnel understood the goals to be completed.

-Provided financial service products to clients from life insurance to annuity products.-Understood the concept of clear and direct communication with Client in determining/discovering their needs and offering an answer to those needs.-Maintained open channels to clients to provide the best service possible.
