- Develop and implement Career Services events, including on-campus recruitment, networking panels, job shadow experiences, and professional development workshops that incorporate local employers and campus partners- Recruit, foster, and develop relationships with employer partners by creating newsletters, participating in local associations, designing positive communication methods, engaging in virtual meetings, and attending site visits - Construct, design, and implement the new Co-Op 2.0 program, by establishing program requirements and employer partners, which provides all students with transcripted internship, co-op, and experiential learning opportunities- Lead both virtual and in-person career advising appointments, averaging 25 a month, covering a variety of career-related topics including resume critiques, career exploration, assessments, co-ops/internships, and job search strategies- Design content for and facilitate over 40 classroom sessions a semester in career exploration by engaging with students, presenting information, and evaluating their learning through both formal and informal assessments- Update and manage the Career Services website which includes resources for students, faculty/staff, and employers- Supervise and train student staff members as peer career coaches and event coordinators, by empowering them to take ownership of the events and fully lead resume critique appointments, thus resulting in an expanded impact on campus- Transform and facilitate both employer and student usage on Handshake, by bringing over 100 new employers onto the platform, supporting over 200 new job postings, and utilizing the platform for promoting events and career fairs

I worked directly with Admissions counselors, coordinators, and the director of Admissions serving as an office assistant, tour guide, and student caller for 3 years (2013-2016). I worked with the director of the Marketing Department on various aspects of social media and promotional aspects in 2015-2016. In my last year, I worked with Student Services in the Learning Center as a student tutor and learning coach (2015-2017). I also worked in the Music and Worship department as the Chapel Service Coordinator and Administrator (2016-2017).

I worked directly under the Children's Ministers planning, coordinating and leading Sunday morning services and family ministry events.
