A SaaS, B2B, Digital Authentication Software company headquartered in New York city, Prove is the modern way of proving identity with just a phone. Prove is a late-stage, series H, VC-backed, privately held enterprise.Reporting to the CEO, designed and implemented People strategies that quadrupled the Prove employee headcount within 18 months and established the foundation to scale the company globally. - Expanded the People team from 1 direct report to a full-service global organization offering Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience and Employer Branding solutions. - Developed aggressive hiring and branding campaigns to attract the best talent in our various employment markets across North America, Europe and APAC: New York, Denver, Chicago, Redwood City, Poland, India and London, plus Sales locations. - Led the M&A People strategies including 3 successful acquisitions, within 18 months, in the US and India. - Actively involved in executive and board member searches and compensation - Developed plans to maintain employee morale, health and safety during the COVID-19 pandemic. - As a leadership team member, supported a successful new capital raise, company rebranding strategy and aggressive hiring while in the midst of the pandemic. - Ensured alignment with pay transparency regulations in New York, Colorado and California; other states as required.
