As the Product Delivery Manager, I play a critical role in ensuring the successful development and delivery of our software enhancements. I oversee and facilitate end-to-end product enchantments, from collaborating with the US & Canada based country, city, golf & athletic clubs, POAs and Resorts during idea initiation to successful final delivery of the project. Utilizing agile methodologies, I steer cross-functional teams towards Project Success parameters by monitoring project timelines, tracking progress, and addressing any roadblocks or issues that may impact delivery schedules throughout the product development lifecycle.Responsibilities:- Agile Project Management: Implement and maintain agile practices in the product development process. - Requirement Gathering: Work closely with internal stakeholders, Product Managers and clients to gather and product requirements. - Client Facilitation: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the product development phase. Provide regular updates, address inquiries, and manage expectations to ensure client satisfaction.- Idea Initiation and Prioritization: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to facilitate new ideas and features. Assist in the prioritization of tasks and projects based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.- Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with development, design, quality assurance, and other teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of product enhancements.- Delivery Oversight: Monitor project timelines, track progress, and address any roadblocks or issues that may impact delivery schedules.- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the product delivery process.
