As Head of Product Growth, I lead a team of PM’s, Designers, and Data Analysts responsible for Growth Strategy and Execution, Lifecycle Marketing and MarTech, Embedded (Bill Pay), Team Mentorship and Product Leadership. Our work has required us to develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy, generating $15M in ARR through a mix of SaaS, subscriptions, transaction fees, and interchange revenue. My team has launched and managed a platform transition to Braze, overseen lifecycle programs including email, SMS, push notifications,and in-app placements. Along the way, Growth has guided significant partnerships, with major Banks, Fintechs, neoBanks, and vendors, the launch of Papaya’s embedded bill pay and many other experiments, leading to outcomes of $10M in ARR and a 3x increase in 12-month user retention rates.

Provide (Acquired by FifthThird) is a FinTech originator focusing on Practice Finance. As Head of Product, I led our Product Management function from Seed through Series B, partnering with senior leaders across the business — Revenue, Credit, Ops, Finance, Capital Markets, Technology, and Compliance — to drive 3x growth in revenue and over $1B in lifetime originations.

At Lending Club I built out a small initial team of Growth PMs and scaled Consumer Loans (Personal, Auto) to a large cross functional team covering all consumer workflows and core lending platform services while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Over my 6 year tenure, I developed and implemented comprehensive growth strategies aligned with company objectives on both the Borrower and Investor sides of the marketplace, resulting in $70M ARR over five years. My team managed all Marketing channel interfaces, including Email, Search, Partner Referrals, and Direct Mail, ensuring business-aligned lead-generation and sales-enablement strategies. This growth team owned and ran hundreds of experiments in loan application user experiences across web and mobile,achieving a 1% net improvement in blended conversion rates leading to a $40M revenue lift.

As a Principal, I directed the discovery and execution of strategic growth opportunities. As part of that, spun up a cross functional team to launch an inbound phone channel ("Apply by Phone") leading to $10M ARR in its first year byanalyzing sales calls, thousands of inbound reply cards, and validating through dozens of experiments.

Led LendingClub's Investor Product, including building out our roadmap for Institutional Investors, launched Developer API for investors and automated investing for Retail Investors. This enabled the growth of our Consumer Lending business by securing capital commitments necessary to underwrite $10B in loans, helping us achieve early product market fit on this side of the marketplace.
