"The price of leadership is unceasing effort; we cannot get smug and self-satisfied, we must always keep learning, we must keep improving our methods, our organization, if we are to retain our leadership." So said General Robert E. Wood, who served as President of Sears for nearly three decades, transforming that company into the world's largest retailer. In my own customer service career, I strive to emulate General Wood's leadership philosophy. I endeavor to provide stellar customer service and constantly challenge myself to improve. Serving others is a privilege. Early in my career, I discovered that there are few greater pleasures than knowing you’ve positively impacted someone else’s life.In my work for Access Health CT, I’m fortunate to apply my passion for service to humankind to a noble cause: helping Connecticut residents obtain and keep affordable health coverage.
