Shadowed all dismissal docket hearings, motion hearings, non-jury, and jury trials, including cases on defamation, personal injury, breach of contract, and wiretapping. Conducted research, reviewed trial documents, and prepared a bench memo regarding an alleged breach of a non-compete agreement and a tortious interference with existing contracts claim, including a recommendation for the judge to reconsider a traditional and no-evidence motion for summary judgment.

Wrote monthly and quarterly service output reports on behalf of the Community Engagement Department using various data management systems. Oversaw pantry operations and supervised 10-15 pantry staff members/interns and 10-15 volunteers.

Oversaw the accurate, consistent collection of research-worthy program data by overseeing the client intake process for each pantry client.Coordinated with 10 other non-profits to distribute over $250,000 to South Dallas residents through a City of Dallas COVID-19 financial-assistance program.

Provided sustainable and equitable bilingual services to clients by ensuring that pantry operations were able to serve between 150-200 households daily.

Scheduled and managed weekly one-on-one employment coaching sessions with diverse Spanish-speaking clients, 80-90% of which were recent immigrants and refugees to the U.S., to match them with local employment opportunities and job-readiness programming.

Assisted with outreach, marketing, and recruitment programs for students, faculty and staff of the university. Collaborated in the selection, interviewing and orientation of students who participated in the various programs and courses offered by the center, including the International Summer Service Learning Program.

Collaborated in the rebranding, shooting, filming, and editing process of video lectures and course content for an online continued-education program offered by the University of Notre Dame to Spanish-speaking non-degree-seeking students from all over the country. Managed the organization of course curriculum and information for students and professors and updated our course website for recruitment purposes.
