Led brokerage sales teams during a two-year sprint to prepare the company for sale.  Increased year-over-year client enrollments (2019 to 2020) by 55% during annual enrollment period.  Redesigned multiple sales processes including agent hiring and onboarding and leadership compensation to better match pay with performance. Partnered with training leadership to develop sales training initiatives and programs for both new and existing sales agents.
