    The CRM product “Business Process Management Platform” is designed for customisation, automation of client calls and synchronisation with external systems.- Developed over 20 new RESTful API functions including controllers, views, services, repositories and table models using Spring MVC, Lombok, Spring Framework and JPA/Hibernate.- Expanded product functionality by refining over 50 existing API functions.- Migrated the product from Oracle to PostgreSQL by implementing a new connection, unifying SQL queries using MyBatis and rewriting functions and procedures. This reduced the cost of the product for the client and reduced Oracle license costs. - Performed over 15 database schema change tasks using Liquibase. These tasks included creating tables, adding columns, descriptions, creating indexes, sequences, and adding constraints.
