My one-to-one coaching engagement is highly individualized and responsive to your unique situation, circumstances and goals. My approach is engaging, participatory, direct, and even a little fun. As a Daring Way™ Facilitator, I offer workshops to businesses and individual groups. The work is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The method was developed to help us learn how to show up, be seen, and live braver lives -- to develop shame resilience skills and daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead. Prior to becoming a coach, I spent the majority of my career as a marketing and communications executive focused on helping companies find new customers and keep them by implementing lead generation strategies that not only inform and educate, but additionally builds the brand, drives customer engagement and revenue.
