Signature Products Group manufactures and distributes camo-branded licensed consumer products in multiple product categories. As a sales analyst, I was tasked with conducting in-depth market assessments of new potential opportunities and performing research on all current and possible future customers. I created category specific databases, using industry leading market tools, which then enabled me to identify customer’s specific product rankings and trends. These tools gave greater visibility into the creation and management of product development and sales implementation of items, by leveraging a variety of primary and secondary research tools.

I facilitated the training of over 70 project managers on a process my team developed for material time phasing and weighted measurement steps for an accurate project completion status for both labor and material. These process improvements enabled our project managers to confidently report on project status to our Program Managers and customers.
