12 YEARS OF BUSINESS PROCESS RE-DESIGN, OPERATIONAL TURNAROUNDS, REVENUE GROWTH, WASTE CONTROL, COST-CUTTING AND OUT OF THE BOX PROBLEM-SOLVING.I am the Corporate Operations Manager for Xyntek, Inc., an IT and Industrial Automation engineering firm that supports the Life Sciences Industry. In this role, I champion strategic decision making, increased business intelligence capabilities, and effective IT governance. I exhibit and provide leadership, guidance, and direction in the growth and trajectory of the company's evolving business verticals, models, and processes. Specialties in these areas include management information systems, financial and business intelligence, human resources, customer relationship management and engagement, and capital improvements.Before joining Xyntek, I was a program manager and corporate officer for a firm that provided engineering design and construction services for the US Federal Government. During this time, I had the privilege of working with amazing clients such as three branches of the US Armed Forces, the Department of the Interior, and the Department of Environmental Protection.I’m genuinely passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other engineers and leaders. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite is the challenge of finding root causes to abstract or macro-level symptoms and architecting automated or semi-automated solutions to bring about clearer insight, earlier identification, and better effectiveness.
