Lead Consultant - Hr TransformationWipro Sep 2023 - PresentAs the Lead Domain Consultant in HR Transformation, I spearheaded the implementation of Bullhorn, a cloud-based CRM and ATS platform, for global accounts. My responsibilities included completing Front Office configurations, Data Migration, and End-to-End User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This involved requirement gathering, data mapping, data analysis, testing, ETL reviews, defect triaging, and deploying the Bullhorn application from decades old legacy systems. I collaborated with Manpower Group stakeholders, Bullhorn Front Office Leads, Data Migration Developers (a team of 16 members) and Quality Engineers (a team of 28 members) to document and refine 152 User Stories. I ensured all necessary clarifications, scope documentations, RLS, and effort estimations were in place, securing a Statement of Work (SOW). While the front office track was on schedule, the data migration approach was facing challenges. I took the initiative to lead this effort, defining the requirement scope for 52 Bullhorn Entities, which included over 700 fields, data mapping rules, transformation logic, and ETL code reviews. I effectively managed change control, creating and tracking over 75 Change Requests/Tasks, generating additional revenue.Impact Made: Through our commitment to trust and customer obsession, we've indirectly secured multiple Statements of Work for Wipro in various countries. Additionally, this engagement has created billable opportunities for my colleagues. Currently, we are to transform at least 8-9 EU countries over the next 2 years. -
