I managed day-to-day student operations such as attendance and academic records using the school database in Aspen for Carroll's Wayland campus, which serves grades 8 and 9. I also provided administrative support to faculty, along with the school's advancement, advising, and business teams. This included organizing donor databases, proofreading and editing recommendation letters, filing documents for accounting, and other projects along those lines. I additionally served as a supervisor for after-school Study Hall, and helped oversee the school store and student ambassadors/tour guides.

I also assisted the faculty and staff with various other administrative tasks, including scheduling events, creating organizational resources, and ordering supplies. I greeted visitors to the school and directed them to where they needed to go, and provided information to students, staff, faculty, and families alike about Carroll and its programs. Additionally, I helped chaperone the Friday extended-day program.

I researched and organized materials on the philosophy of education, as well as created sample work to be used in the department in future iterations of the department's classes. In addition, I conducted thorough literature reviews on the pedagogy of grading and wrote material alongside Professor Nina Emery. Lastly, I conceptualized experimental design to be used to obtain both quantitative and qualitative data regarding the efficacy of self-grading as a practice. Collaborative articles that Professor Emery and I wrote together are pending publication.

I performed research on various legal and political topics in the state of New Hampshire. I also organized and analyzed vote records and other relevant legislative information, as well as tracking the movement of extreme groups in the state.

I organized administrative material for the Institute and contributed input to civics curricula for Granite State educators.
