Ms. Greenfield has led and been a team member on evaluations of youth development and education, social determinants of health, workforce development, advocacy and social justice, and out-of-school time and summer learning.Ms. Greenfield specializes in qualitative research methods and is committed to applying a culturally responsive and racial equity lens to all of her evaluation work. She is passionate about gathering nuanced, systematic information about program implementation, constituent voice and experiences, and programmatic challenges and outcomes. At MAI, Sara engages in a variety of activities on each of the projects in which she works including, but not limited to securing Institutional Review Board (IRB) study approval, data collection tool development, management, collection, and analysis of qualitative data, and report writing and other deliverable development, including graphic design. Sara also has experience with quantitative research methods and has developed survey instruments and has assisted in quantitative data analysis.
