I have been working in the Telecommunications field for more than 30 years. I consider my strong point to be in mentoring and knowledge sharing. I have designed and provide training courses, video and on-site training for all aspects of our emergency event and response equipment. I also have been involved in product compatibility trials, alpha and beta testing of products, customer trials, pre and post product support, lab management, operational support, and network design. I also have also implemented RF point to point or multipoint communications support and implementation with Adtran, Aviat, Proxim, MNI and Cisco technologies. In 2016, I migrated my skills towards the development and integration of IT into Emergency and Event Response and providing multiple mobile solutions for assisting in the restoration of facilities and equipment. In 2019, a dedicated group was formed where I provide architecture and design for the IT Emergency and Event Response team.In 2022, I took over the management role for the IT Emergency and Event Response Team.In 2017, I was recognized with the CIO Quarterly Award for innovation for reducing the time of deployment of our IT storm equipment from 72 hours to 90 minutes. In January 2020 was recognized as part of a team responsible for deploying telecommunications resources for the Super Bowl held at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami.
