One of the chief reasons I was hired was for my extensive background in Design Adaptation. Within a month of being hired, helped execute a global redesign of a large hair care brand. Maintaining design integrity across regions and print processes was essential. Created CIC artwork with the trapping built in to ensure maximum effciency moving through the P&G artwork creation/approval process. Was lead Artwork Engineer on a project for Gillette involving a web based ordering system for Special Packs. The project involved complex, interactive templates built in Adobe Illustrator, which have coded text frames. These link to a complex database that allowed from 1 to 30 languages to flow into the template through a web application built by a company called Elateral. The project was presented to senior P&G management, who wanted to use the technology for other brands. Deliverables include creating trapped, press-ready artwork from design  les. Strict adherence to P&G’s global regulatory standards is essential.
