Samantha works many positions in the kitchen at gaylord. these consist of hostess, dish/ pot washer, and a cashier. her job as a hostess consist of delivering food trays going over patient diets and food restrictions along with going over menu options with patients and great customer service she works on multiple wings in the hospital. the hospitals highest bed compacity is 130 beds while making up to 1,000 of trays a day between breakfast lunch and dinner . the position as a dish and pot washer consist of washing pots and pans and patient dishware, prepping drinks and ice creams for patient trays and delivering food trays. the job as a cashier consists of money handling of counting in a cash drawer and handling peoples change and credit card transactions, and serving food to customers and great customer service. Samantha always prides herself in serving and knowing her customers needs and wants and is always more than willing to help and be attentive to peoples food allergies, sensitivities, and personal preferences all with a great big smile on her face.
