Managed the Visa Offers Platform and Loyalty Offers programs, providing issuers and digital media program providers with enrolled Visa card transaction data for enrollment, activation, and real-time messaging for loyalty and rewards programs for consumers such as Uber Local Offers, Groupon+, and La Quinta Inns & Suites Redeem Away.• Migrated the Visa Offers Platform business and delivery teams from a hybrid waterfall methodology to Agile, implemented CA Agile Central to support U.S. and offshore delivery teams, developed quarterly technical and business roadmaps, and doubled the number of releases per year while reducing critical deployment issues to zero. • Deployed commercial-ready infrastructure and services across multiple data centers to expand the domestic Visa Offers platform to global operations in all regions in less than one year; added high-availability infrastructure for zero downtime during release deployments. • After the Visa Inc./Visa Europe acquisition, quickly replaced the outsourced Visa Europe Offers application with the Visa Offers Platform, migrated existing clients and added new key issuers and program providers, resulting in multi-million dollar savings and substantial new revenues. • Implemented a staffing plan to consolidate contract staffing from five firms to two; consolidated operating locations from six to three; and significantly expanded the offshore delivery team.
