- Liaison between employees/provider and Athenahealth, Phreesia & Scribe- Assess & expand on workflows in both clinical & administrative roles- Coordinates with manager, employees, providers & Athenahealth/Phreesia/Scribe to improve on workflows for the practice- Build & modify clinical schedules for providers- Develop training tools for the staff to simplify workflows- Designing new clinical forms as needed for the practice (orders, prescriptions, HIPAA release, patient education, etc.)- Train new clinical employees- Set up new employees in Athena & provide them with the necessary roles to fulfill their job duties- Reset passwords and security settings for users within Athena & Phreesia- Help patients and employees with setting up patient portal accounts in Athena- Set up dictation services with Scribe & monitor/fix dictation delays- Troubleshoot/fix IT issues- Respond to software application issues & escalates issues to the appropriate company when needed- Visco-supplementation ordering, authorizations, figuring out patient financial responsibility, scheduling & maintenance of records- Perform diagnostic x-rays using computed radiography- Prepare & position patients for radiographic examinations- Main point of contact for x-ray maintenance- Interview patients, annotate patient histories, & explain specific exam procedures- Review discharge instructions with the patient- Data entry through scanned documents & various facility software- Work with Picture Archiving & Communication System (PACS)- Assist with sterile injections & ultrasound guided injections- Assist with the application and removal of splints & casts- Removal of sutures/staples- Change dressings on wounds/incisions- Authorize drug refills and provide prescription information to pharmacies- Prior authorization of medications- Updating patient’s medical records- Filling out insurance & disability forms- Purchase & maintain supplies and equipment

- Help health care providers and patients by greeting them in person and by phone, answering questions and requests and referring inquiries to the pharmacist- Complying with all federal, state and local laws and regulations, as well as Publix's policies- Initiating refill requests, as permitted by state regulations- Ensuring product is rotated, within date, and properly displayed on shelves- Organize medications for pharmacist to dispense by reading medication orders and prescriptions, preparing labels and calculating quantities- Counting and labeling prescription drugs and supplies- Generating third-party billing both electronically and on paper, and reconciling weekly- Properly disposing outdated, discontinued and/or unsaleable merchandise- Accurately entering information into the Pharmacy computer system- Filing hard copy prescriptions- Reconciling insurance discrepancies- Accepting payment and counting the necessary change, when appropriate

- Managing day-to-day technician schedules, service calls & new accounts- Answering phone calls- Addressing customer concerns- Reminder calls & letters for future services- Comprehensive database management- Organizing & maintaining files- Customer correspondence (written & verbal)- Management of chemical applications

-Over 1000 clinical hours in both hospital & outpatient settings-Perform diagnostic x-rays in film screen, computed radiography and digital radiography-Prepare and position patients for radiographic examinations-Interview patients, annotate patient histories, and explain specific exam procedures-Prepare and perform barium studies in both conventional and digital fluoroscopy suites-Assist the radiologist in fluoroscopic examinations-Experience in the operating room with a C-Arm and sterile procedures-Experience with portable x-ray units in patient rooms, pediatrics and in the ER trauma center-Review discharge instructions with the patient-Data entry through scanned documents and various facility software-Work with Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS)
