After 35 years working in Corporate America focused on the mechanical HVACR contracting, building systems and energy businesses, I founded Strategic Growth Solutions.  The experience and knowledge that I obtained equipped me with the skills in leadership, sales, finance, financial accounting, operations, negotiations and strategy needed to build and grow successful businesses.  In addition, my formal education in engineering and business has provided me with the tools to take this knowledge and experience and apply the tools of critical thinking and problem solving to develop unique strategies for growing businesses organically, idea creation, acquisition and new start-ups. Strategic Growth Solutions provides services in the areas of business consulting, selling and acquiring businesses, professional recruiting, investing and sales training.  From my experience, I believe all businesses have needs in one or more of these areas at all times in order to meet growth objectives and a healthy.
