I have had a good deal of experience in the third and volunteer sectors both in a paid and non paid capacity I am able to manage a team and have been successful in my current team to unite a team some of whom had much more experience than myself. I also have managed to create a good network of Links in the community as well as with organisations which were not there when I took on the position. I Have also been able to develop the facility and have managed to work along side others to help turn around the fortunes of the facility. I have also been given additional responsibility in working with commissioners in other areas of the wider charity.
