My role is to provide the forward thinking into the electrical design and implementation of the Forts unit in terms of the production of several approved component assemblies and sub-assemblies needed to be ready for installation on the assembly line. The mission and focus is QIDW (Quality in Daily Work). Our team goes forward with Process Indicators and Outcome Indicators. I manage all Electrical installs and labor, maintain all Material Management, Inventory Control and Material Purchases. Keeping pace with production and assembly to meet weekly and monthly targets. Providing resource on the shop floor and for members of the Sales Team and staff. Providing Technical Support for external customers as our clientele is global.
