Current• The distribution of RFIs and Submittals involving organizing, reviewing, and sending essential project documents between contractors, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure accurate communication and approval throughout the construction process.• Utilizing software in generating, formatting, and distributing specifications on certain projects for the lead engineers.• Streamlined in the creation from proposals into projects utilizing Salesforce• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems as needed.• Assist in the organization and execution of company events, workshops, and conferences.• Provide administrative support to various departments or executives as assigned.• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.• Help streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
