The company has raised $180M in venture capital from top tier venture investors such as Andreessen Horowitz, Prudential Insurance, Ribbit Capital, WestCap and a slew of strategic partners as well.My role within Capital Markets was focused on- Raising capital for Point's HEI product through a variety of structures including forward flow agreements, JVs, SMAs and LP/GP funds- Engage with 3rd party entities such as banking partners, rating agencies and service providers to help create secondary liquidity for HEIs via warehouse financing, 144a securitization and 4a2 transactions.- Work with investors to help define the investment criteria / buy-box for HEI investments. This includes geographic concentration, credit bands, LTV limits etc. - Collaborate with our Risk Management and Pricing team to help improve the Home Equity Investment (HEI) product for both investors and homeowners.In addition, I worked with our internal teams across Product, Servcing and Operations on strategic projects.

Noah is a modern home finance company that offers innovative debt alternatives for homeownership, including Home Equity Investments (HEIs) and Down Payment Assistance - via an equity sharing model that provides funds with no interest or monthly payments, in exchange for a share in the appreciation of the home’s value. Noah raised $13M in venture capital from Union Square Ventures, Tribe Capital, Breega Capital, Techstars etc. alongside the founders of Airbnb, Clutter and strategic family offices. Founding employee and Product Lead at StratiFi. StratiFi raised a $7M Series A from Anthemis Group and strategic partners. StratiFi is a fintech startup that empowers RIAs to better understand portfolio and business risk. The platform gives RIAs access to sophisticated risk management technology (PRISM Ratings) normally only accessible by the largest institutions.

Early employee and first Business hire. Helped define product strategy as we raised $2.4 million from Khosla Ventures, Data Collective, and notable angel investors. Sliced was a YC startup (S'14) that developed a marketplace platform that provided individual investors and financial advisors access to unique alternate investments at lower minimums. We automated and streamlined all operational and administration functions related to private investments.Sliced Investing was acquired by LOGe Solutions LLC, an RIA firm and rebranded to StratiFi.

Early employee and Founding member of the Investment Products team. Scaled growth over 4+ years as we raised $126 million from Foundation Capital, Norwest Ventures, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan among others.Motif was a fintech broker-dealer that developed an automated thematic investment platform for retail investors, RIAs and institutions, enabling real-time fractional share purchases, and buying a basket of 30 stocks with low minimums. Motif was acquired by Charles Schwab in 2020, and became the foundation for Schwab Slices.

Member of the portfolio team that managed more than $200 billion in global equity funds, ETFs, SMA/commingled accounts for pensions, endowments and government treasuries.
