Over a rapidly progressive career span of 19+ years, I have gained extensive exposure and expertise in the various facets of the financial and accounting functions across manufacturing, cinema, real estate and consulting companies. Currently, I am the Group CFO of Dixon technologies (India) Ltd, largest listed EMS (electronics manufacturing service) Company in India, with about USD 1.4 bn turnover in FY 21-22, 20,000 employees & 17 manufacturing facilities. My role requires coordination with the company Board of Directors, fund raising (equity/non-equity) at extremely competitive lending rates & ensuring optimum capital structure, Stakeholder management, Risk management, Treasury management, Investor relationship management (sharing developments/projections/risks of the company with investors), ensuring investment grade credit ratings, Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategic planning, process optimization, operational excellence, corporate governance, taxation & compliances, Team Building, Leadership and more. Also, as a key member of executive team, I am actively involved in formulation and implementation of growth Strategies, business plans & evaluation of new business opportunities in Dixon. As the CFO, one of my key objectives has been to formulate and oversee execution of the best corporate governance practices upholding highest levels of transparency to retain and improve trust of investors.Also implemented SAP S/4HANA system, the gold standard in accounting software across the firm, leveraged technology and finance analytics to formulate long / short term strategies & business plans, developed tools and methodologies to improve performance, optimized cost saving measures, processes and policies, provided business insights and recommendations, improved management reporting, developed through help of consulting companies such as Ernst & Young & internal audit teams to develop operating Processes and Risk Management frameworks which ensured that not only can the business scale with the right mix of employment, simplicity, and controls, but it is also safeguarded at all times on account of embedded checks and balances. Throughout my career , I have utilised my leadership, planning and financial skills to consistently manage finance function & have contributed to the organization’s quest for business stability and future growth & profitability.
