- Developed multiple web portals for one of the world’s largest Insurance companies. Collaborated closely with clients, business analysts, and QA to develop new software features and improve existing features. - Performed debugging and analysis, and deployed code solutions for more than 50 software defects. - Single-handedly developed various video tutorials on Git for new joiners, explaining how to clone repositories, create pull requests, squash and amend commits, and other Git-related topics. - Gained valuable experience in technologies like React, Java, HTML, CSS, SQL, and software lifecycle tools like JIRA and BitBucket.

- Used Python with various Data Science libraries (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, etc.) to perform exploratory and statistical data analysis on datasets from various organizational activities to spot anomalies, detect patterns and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders. Received an Eaton e-Star employee award for helping a product testing team automatically recognize and describe anomalies in testing data using Python.- Tested various state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms on employee attrition data as baselines for verifying the performance of a novel prediction algorithm developed by the Data Science team. The novel algorithm and performance results were published in the IEEE Big Data Conference.- Created a web-dashboard using JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS3 and MySQL for showing real-time organizational performance in comparison to that of world-class competitors using interactive data visualizations. Also used REST APIs and Python to query, process, and store agile project data from web applications into the MySQL database in real-time.- Contributed to a white paper by conducting research on Transactive Energy systems and Distributed Legder Technologies (DLTs) like Blockchain. Developed a proof-of-concept of a DLT called Tangle using Python.

- Transformed manual Microsoft Excel - based reporting of agile team performance data to a Microsoft Power BI dashboard with interactive data visualizations. The dashboard was used for presenting the performance and progress of agile software development teams to clients.- Conducted research on federated machine learning and recommender system algorithms. Also used Python and the PyTorch library to develop a proof-of-concept of a novel neural-network-based recommender-system algorithm that can train on decentralized datasets located on multiple devices.- Developed a PowerShell program to automate the installation of various necessary software development tools on workstations for software development employees, thereby, saving mechanical effort and time.
