Monitor AS400 server operation and interface with Denovo AS400 support team for issues. Plan with Denovo team on quarterly Full System Save and necessary PTF’s or upgrades. Ongoing maintenance of JDE and Windows Job Schedulers for application integrations to support production. Prepare, install, test, and conduct year-end 1099 process. Utilize SQL to produce ad hoc queries and custom reports to support business needs. Continuous system support for Click dispatch software and DSI user administration. Confirm project requirements by interviewing team leads and translating into working specs.
