I work within IBM Global Business Service's Business Analytics and Strategy (BA&S) service line. We are a European team of over 2000 consultants based in 20 countries. Within BA&S, we drive excellence through understanding our clients business. We bring strategic perspective and solutions to the delivery of transformational change. We combine our deep business domain and technology understanding with analytics, translating data into insights. We optimize digital operations to meet rising customer service and delivery expectations. We enable a Smarter Workforce by transforming the relationship our clients have with their employees; and we work to address the new challenges faced by Finance, as our clients strive for enterprise-wide growth. As well as deep subject matter expertise, BA&S is also known for it's strong industry focus and knowledge. My particular domain area of expertise is Digital Operations. In Digital Operations we support our clients in developing and implementing plans to optimize their operations, maintain efficient process, meet increasing customer expectations, reduce supplier costs, integrate supply chain networks and manage asset & product life-cycles. Our offerings are connected through the Internet of Things and Predictive Analytics linked into IBM's Cloud, Analytics, Mobile, Social and Securities strategies.

Achieve end-to-end transformation, from strategy to implementation, and gain efficiency in cross-functional collaboration.Consultant within IBM Management Consulting practice, with focus on Operations Strategy.Engaged in numerous projects for blue chip companies, stretching from global ERP implementations, in-sourcing of core business functions, new revenue models to business strategy development.

We create value by developing and managing a world-class portfolio of high-quality logistics and distribution facilities, serving customers and investors as an integral part of the global supply chain.In my role I was supporting the Senior Vice President - Market Officer for the Nordic market.Main task was to drive business development in the Nordic market and represent Prologis in logistics exhibitions and client meetings.I was responsible to perform structured analysis of market conditions, deal opportunities, competitor intelligence. My job role included complex B2B sales, creating investment memorandums and business case that we could present to client C-level management.On top of my task in business development I worked with the strategic planning process, for the Nordics, together with our European team in Prologis Strategy & Research.

Performed a total cost breakdown analysis for a specific product range. The work was partly performed with suppliers in an international environment to define the current state and to benchmark for improvements. The results was presented to IKEA management as a business case on an optimal sourcing strategy for IKEA.

• Customer service/support and sales of telecom service products for new and existing customers.

• Responsible for outbound logistics, delivery precision, transport booking, monitoring inventory levels by SAP/R3.• Selected for participation in AkzoNobel Marketing in Brief, a course in B2B marketing and presentation technique.• Developed a tool for increased delivery precision of phosphoric acid.

• Started as a internship and continued with part time work during university studies.• Manufacturing of cars, main tasks was assembly of electric wiring and belt functions.

Squad leader and was part of the National CBRN Defence Centre.• Was educated in combat and warfare tactics of nuclear, biological and chemical weapons. Education involved two months of exercises in leadership and organizational behavior/psychology.• Trained privates in combat technique and was responsible for a team of 4 people.• Got the opportunity to be acting platoon leader during field practice.
