After eight years with the UAR, an amazing opportunity presented itself at Western Governors University (WGU), a leader in online competency-based education, and I could not pass it up. For the past 18 years I have functioned primarily as a leader in operations and support. My team performs regular support data analysis, ensures access to course material is not obstructed, and escalated support cases are researched and resolved. We leverage our findings to inform leadership and make improvements to our student experience. One of my most cherished accomplishments in my tenure at WGU is reducing our resource related caseload by 60% (thousands) while our population as exploded!
