Steve is a mechanical and product development engineer with roots as a former automotive & diesel technician. His hands-on foundation has provided him with mechanical, hydraulic, and industrial electrical experience over the years. Starting out in the shop at the ground level, and continuing to do so as a practicing engineer. His vision, leadership, and entrepreneurial creativity have earned him a number of honors and awards including a patent, grant funding for the formation of an innovative tech startup company, product research and development funding, and recognition for his work by prestigious organizations like Texas Tech University and NASA. He is also a recent graduate of the 2023 Texas Tech Accelerator program, engaging in business leadership and development training.Today, Mr. Guzman is serving as a partner and leader within 2 Texas-based companies.
