Approval manager for 3rd party Letter of Guarantee… Show more Responsibilities:~ Successful deployment of a Business Intelligence / Data Visualization Solution and made available a series of key performance workload information for CFO and other directors. This greatly improves the senior management’s clarity on the state of the business like workload trending patterns, which facilitates them to make good quality decisions.~ Oversee of the business processes relating to Credit Management. Approval manager for 3rd party Letter of Guarantee acceptance and Installment request for surgeries. Monitoring of the Accounts Receivables and Age Trial Balances, initiating interventions when necessary. ~ Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), to lead and manage a Client Services Team (comprising of a Patient and a Corporate Accounts Receivable section) which consist of 8 staff.~ Provide decision support with the streamlining of Management Statistics and Reports from across various enterprise application systems including the Hospital Information System, Pharmacy System and Data Warehouse.~ Streamlining of workflows and processes both within the Client Services Team as well as with other department (like Medical Social Workers/Frontline staff) and business entities (Debt Recovery Agencies / Insurance companies / Government ministries).~ Client Services Management including handling of escalated complex patient enquiries, issues and resolution negotiation process.~ Key hospital representative in many SingHealth cluster level negotiation and projects like Financed Shared Service Consolidation, Group Outsourcing / Selection of Debt Collection Agencies for Accounts Receivable services, ePayment Initiative, eAppointment system, eMedical Social Work system and other ongoing Hospital Information System.~ Managing of hospital’s Payment Channels including negotiation with the banks for better merchant rates.
