I have completed Master's degrees in Rural Development and Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication and Journalism at Tribhuvan University.I have over 8 years of progressive professional experience and hands-on skills in designing and managing programs and projects, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), report writing, quality assurance, strategic planning, research, baseline study, needs assessment, and operations of non-profit organizations. I have developed skills in proposal writing including LFA and budget. I am also experienced in data analysis by using advanced excel. I have more than 7 years of project management experience as a project coordinator at a national-level NGO. I have managed, coordinated, and ensured compliances and deliverables of international development agencies (INGOs) and donors (Felm, LWF, CEDAR Fund, AHRC, UNDP, EU) funded projects in multiple sectors (e.g., human rights, governance, education, livelihood, social protection, food security, WASH, community empowerment, advocacy campaign, women empowerment, and GESI, etc.).
