• Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage (ESIC and Mediclaim), savings and deductions.• Handling tax and other statutory Compliance PF, LWF, ESI etc.• Resolve Employees queries related to Payroll, Tax, and Reimbursements etc.• Handling Income Tax Return of Expat Employees & Form 16.• Ensuring the Investment Proofs Verifications Report & Review Quartile / Annual Income tax return filing and issuing of Form-16 for Temps and Outsourcing customers.• Handling Sale Tax / Service Tax return and Company Audit.• Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.• Exit management including full & final settlement for exiting employees• Handling labor compliance for pan India• Vendor management, Coordination with Vendors for Audit and Monthly Reconciliations• Handling internal and External Audit.• Compiling & reconciliations of entire months Invoices and Credit notes data’s for month end activities.• Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, and non-taxable wages etc.• Sharing Cash flow for Daily and Monthly Projection on daily basis with Finance - Director• Complies with state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, advising management on needed actions.• Transition of New Customers: Validation of Agreement Terms, Business Spec Sheet, employee pay scale, analysis of client requirement and further allocating to team members for payroll processing.• Ensuring Consultants / Professionals billing where placed in Customers end.• Vendor billing and A/C Reconciliation related Temp Customers like Back Ground Verification (BGV) etc.

• Responsible for all types of accounts work and Service Tax Returns.
