During assignment at Fort Hood, I directed a team of 15 Aviation Life Support Equipment (ASLE) Technicians in preforming daily inspections of flight equipment, personnel flight materials, and survival equipment that was issued to 130+ aircrews across 30 aircrafts. Orchestrated servicing and inspection records of flight helmets, night vision goggles, survival kits, life rafts, flight gear, and life preservers, and first aid kits. Ensured compliance with IAW applicable Technical Manuals, Technical Orders, manufacturer’s instructions and Naval Air Publications.Additionally, I supervised installation of aircraft subsystem assemblies such as engines, rotors, gearboxes, transmissions, mechanical flight controls and their components. I also serviced and lubricated aircraft and subsystems as well as diagnosing aircraft subsystems using special tools and equipment.Achievements from my tenure as an ALSE Technician & UH-60 Blackhawk Maintainer:• ALSE subject matter expert with responsibility for training personnel seeking to enter ALSE training program as well as training foreign and U.S. personnel in best practices and use of ALSE equipment. • Troubleshot electrical and mechanical failures on Blackhawk Helicopter and returned to safe operability.• Awarded Aviation Badge for service.• Championed safety protocols and use of Army Composite Risk Management
