  - Works with the contract ISSM and Resource Manager in establishing and enforcing strict information security requirements and procedures based on required government policies (i.e., Contract Security Classification Specifications via DD254, Program Classification Guides, Intelligence Community Directives) related to IT/IA/IM that will prevent unauthorized access to customer and company information.- Serves as a key technical resource for any IAM projects by coordinating and communicating compliance project milestones to program management and other teams, performing IS security-related audits, providing metrics analyses to Security Management, validating established security requirements, and developing solutions for remediation.- Supports formal Security Assessment processes required by the government (i.e., CCRI) by ensuring all NMCI privileged and classified SMIT users meet all compliance requirements for account accesses.- Represents the organization as a knowledgeable resource, supports teams of personnel on a dynamic, geographically disbursed contract, and effectively interacts with all levels of employees to ensure compliance with requirements.- Reviews current and future IAM solutions and proposes customer-focused recommendations on process tailoring to ensure timely completion of requests and making sure all IS security-related documentation is current and accessible.- Contributes to the development of IAM automation processes by providing vision and constructive feedback for technology-based tools supporting daily operations and the gathering of metric and reporting information- Primary approval authority for all processing of SAAR-N and Privileged User Agreement forms, and management of NMCI network access control work queues based on requisite security clearances, IT designation, and annual security trainings before granting access to the IS
