Head of Brazilian Project- Led the group entry into the Brazilian insurance market – a $200M project.- Led a $150M fund raising process from local and international Private Equity- Funds, the World Bank (IFC) and institutional investors.• Conducted a road show and negotiated potential investment with major- Investment funds in New York and London.• Negotiated potential cooperation model with leading global insurance- groups.• Managed and orchestrated the support of a leading International Investment Bank and a combined Israeli and Brazilian legal advisors.• Designed, negotiated and concluded a long term re-insurance plan.• Recruited and mentored a local Brazilian senior management team.• Negotiated and concluded key agreements for the company's IT system and operation modules.• Monitored the project progress and company roll out process including all the regulatory aspects in front of the Brazilian Insurance Superintended (SUSEP).- Following to board's decision, led the project termination, including team dismissal, the companies' liquidation and the resolution of the legal and tax implications.

- Managed the company's activities toward the launch of its 3G (UMTS) Network and Services, reporting to a steering committee headed by the CEO.- Cross functional management of tens of employees, hundreds of design, development and implementation tasks with total budget of tens of millions of US Dollars.- Managed the Techno-Marketing and financials aspects of the 3G infrastructure Vendor Selection process and a senior participant in the negotiations with the infrastructure vendors- An active participant in the company's Strategic team.
