This is Meredith's most successful magazine launch in its 115-year history. My role included conceptualizing story ideas, writing, editing, sourcing locations for photography, and collaborating closely with the clients on outline and execution.

In this role, I developed issue outlines, managed budgets, worked with our advertising sales partners, and supervised a small team of associate editors to create compelling content for consumers dreaming about—or actively working on—a kitchen or bath renovation or new-construction project.

I edited Remodel magazine, a bimonthly home design title in the Special Interest Media group. Responsibilities including writing, editing, planning issue outlines and photo shoots, managing budgets and overseeing a small staff. I also initiated a major redesign of the magazine, which was well-received and helped lift our overall newsstand sales.
