- Led a team of 6 developers, for a micro-services project, in which we dockerized and built a solid CI/CD pipeline which improved the performance, task delivery, deployment time, and security of the code base.- Deployed distributed systems to AWS and Lambda with Dockerized containers and migrated monolith applications to microservices architecture, which helped better manage the code base and server resources.- Automated Github workflow for CI/CD, with integrating tools and packages to enforce code-quality standards and reduce security issues.- Contributed to large scale projects like Guardme for health insurance. In which I reduced the technical debt they had on their legacy system by developing a plan and refactor old parts of code to Laravel, which reduced the delivery time and improved the system performance overall.

- Lead a team of 2 UX/UI Designers, 2 Frontend Engineers, and 6 Full-Stack Engineers effectively through a structured and clear development workflow.- Hired 3 Full-Stack Engineers by a hiring plan and onboarding new engineers within 3 weeks, which resulted in a 150% acceleration in the development process.- Migrated from Google Analytics to Mixpanel by implementing tracking and building dashboards in MixPanel. This led to a clearer reporting system and reduced deployment delays to zero.- Improved daily standups. Improved communication between different teams through daily/weekly meetings. This helped to find and resolve any issues, resulting in 100% on-time developments.- Maintained a structured and well-described task list for engineers, which eliminated misunderstandings and further improved the speed of the development process.- Migrated legacy code to Laravel, developed a comprehensive testing environment; which accelerated development process and increased detecting bugs before deployment.

I worked with students to reinforce the lessons presented by teacher in Computer Networks by reviewing material with them through one-to-one meetings.I helped in organizing, planning, and delivering the lectures at the university.We also worked with different experiments in the lab, where we learned together how to connect routers and switches, using different networking protocols

Participated in developing a Zakat distribution system for the Palestinian Ministry of Awqaf Islamic Affairs. The system helps in saving and providing statistics about poor families in Palestine to help give them a fair share of coming donations.I developed an application for the Palestinian Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs that count all the mosques in all the Palestinian regions to facilitate the process of assigning speakers who will give the speech on Fridays.Also developed a Petrol Station management system which helps count the customers, their contact informations, their payments, and the amount of sales and money spent on gas. It also give the admin the ability to send the customers SMS and pay through online payment Gateways like Paypal.I worked on Customer Relationship management system made for Atyaf where admin can see all about the customers. Customer can also buy a hosting package, domains, and special offers provided by Atyaf.In Addition, I built a RESTful API for multiple mobile applications using Laravel 5.4 and AngularJS
