Involved in various consulting engagements over a period of 6.5 years rising through the ranks from analyst to manager. Selected Contributions:• Successfully brought banking and IT Planning expertise to the Korea practice in 1996 when the financial services practice there was still in its infancy. This contributed to the successful completion of the Korea Exchange Bank Overseas Branches IT Strategy project and injected banking knowledge to the team there. • Project managed the successful deployment of a suite of Financial Solution (General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Budgeting) to a Financial conglomerate with credit card, unit trust, banking subsidiary companies leveraging on the rapid deployment methodology. • Co-led a programming team to successfully customize and test the IT system for the Kuala Lumpur Options and Financial Futures Exchange (KLOFFE) • Designed a customised Core Banking system for a Malaysia Financial Institution based on Client-Server architecture and Object-Oriented Programming.
