- Process standard teller transaction for customers including accepting loans payments, issuing loans, updating accounts, cashing cheques, balancing cash drawers, making bill payments, currency exchanges, issuing money.
- Maintain exceptional inbound and outbound phone skills to communicate products and services with new and existing clients.
- Sell and receive cash for/from another staff member and record properly and enter into the Point of Sale system.
- Assisted customers by listening closely, finding solutions to problems and making recommendations based on extensive product knowledge.
