 Responsible for implementing and achieving the objectives defined in the operation proposals and supporting the Program Manger in Operational monitoring Responsible for overseeing operational team members assigned to the Program. Ensures the good performance and the quality of the activities, and, where appropriate, proposes adjustments or developments to ensure relevance. Develop partnership with different organizations' and stakeholders. Develop and archive content for various purpose viz., legal agreement, training module, communications and visibility materials etc.

a. Managing intellectual capital and the custodian of Knowledge Management practices in the organizationb. Responsible for developing, supporting and facilitating knowledge generation, dissemination and archivingc. Documentation of key activities and learning and producing knowledge products accordingly in order to facilitate replication of good practices and learningd. Identify and develop training modules for capacity building and training courses, seminars and workshopse. Develop and maintain partnership with different stakeholders

- Edit all research reports, working papers, monograph etc. to improve readability and quality- evaluate and edit manuscripts for submitting to publish in the relevant journal.- facilitate in-house training for scientific report writing, research methodology and reporting ethics specially for mentoring the young researchers - develop evidence based policy paper from the research output for disseminating to the policy makers, for influence policy

- Project planning, implementation and monitoring - budget preparation and activity tracking - partnership development for collaboration of the operations - develop various communication materials for public awareness - develop policy paper for national-level advocacy act as the role of executive editor of a bi-annually published scientific journal(J.Innov. Dev.S trategy-ISSN: 1997-2571).

- Managed different projects pertaining to DRR, Waste Management, WASH, Nutrition, ICT in Agriculture, irritation optimisation technique etc.- developed program strategy document for 6 years- content development, policy advocacy- organisational website management including digital social media- project proposal development- designed operational framework- budget preparation, handling, activity monitoring, donor reporting- developed organisational branding guidelines for communications materials development- developed different communications materials, factsheets, technical drawings, policy papers, press releases including TVC for television broadcasting.
